Print-on-Demand Products – Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery, as determined by carrier tracking. Claims must include clear photos showing the issue and the entire item.

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement first. Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be produced. Items should not be returned unless we explicitly instruct you to do so. Each order is eligible for one claim only.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for replacement or refund. Minor color variations caused by screen settings or the printing process are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or changed mind
  • Items ordered with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Sale items or gift cards

Orders placed with address errors provided by the customer are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once an order has shipped. Lost packages are not refundable or replaceable.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Unauthorized chargebacks or abusive claims may result in order or account restrictions.
